Adega da Quinta offers enough space to place your yoga mats either in the cozy interior or in the outdoor spaces surrounded by the typical nature of Pico Island.

If you prefer, it is possible to organize guided classes with local instructors, who can adapt the practice to your level and goals, whether for relaxation, meditation or revitalization.
